Wednesday 29th March - Today was our last dance session with Miss B. The children worked in small groups to make up their own dance routine.

Tuesday 28th March - Well done to todays Star Writers.
Monday 27th March - We started our week with our reading groups.
This afternoon in Science the children learned about deciduous and evergreen trees. We explored our school grounds to find these different trees and to spot signs of Spring.
Friday 24th March - Well done to this weeks HEROES
Thursday 22nd March - Today we had a visit from a real artist - Claire Taylor.
The children used natural objects to make patterns to decorate butterfly wings. They had to work together.

Friday 17th March 2022 - Today the children experienced programming Bee Bots.
Today in Wow Write the children wrote their version of the story The Tin Forest.

Thursday 16th March - In Maths the children have been working on numbers to 50.
Wednesday 15th March - Today in PE our dance session concentrated on dynamics, moving in different ways - soft, strong, heavy, smooth, gentle, spikey.

Tuesday 14th March - We had a calm down session with Cosmic Yoga Kids
Friday 10th March - Good morning Puffin Class. I hope that you are all OK and will enjoy your snow day? I will look forward to seeing you on Monday and would love to hear about all the things you have been doing on your day off.

World Book Day - Thursday 2nd March 2023. Look at the fabulous t-shirts we made!
Wednesday 1st March 2023 - PE. Today the children were moving in different directions and levels.

Tuesday 28th February - This afternoon the children were busy designing their World Book Day t-shirts ready to make them tomorrow.

Thursday 23rd February- Today we continued our poetry theme by learning a poem and generating rhyming words.
Wednesday 22nd February- Today we had our first dance session with Ms B, the children were experimenting moving at different speeds and levels.

Tuesday 21st February - A VISIT FROM A POET. Today we were really lucky to have Paul Cookson come to our school to preform some of his poetry. The children were enchanted especially when he made fun of the teachers!
Monday 20th February 2023 - The children came back after Half Term with an amazing attitude and did some super writing about what they had done last week.
In maths we have been learning about doubles, the children were shown two dice arrangements and they had to signal thumbs up or down to indicate if they were doubles or not.
