Transition Day: The new Kingfisher, Year 3, were brilliant and slotted in to year 3 already!
R.E: Pentecost. Kingfisher designed their own artwork based on the Holy Spirit and the anointing of fire on the disciples. 🔥 🕊️

History: It turns out that the Celtic Tribes were not as uncivilised as the Romans thought. We looked at their artwork and made our own Celtic patterns.
Assessing our own work: We colour coded our success criteria in writing to see what we had included and what we needed to write more about. This was followed by an informal letter writing session. ✍️

History: Kingfisher have been learning the advantages and disadvantages of different Roman Rulers. 👑
Maths: Kingfisher have been exploring different shapes by cutting and folding. A regular shape needs to have equal sides and interior angles and an irregular shape has different sides and different angles. 🔺▪️♦️
