Our text this half term is the Iron Man by Ted Hughes. We're going to be using this text to write from a character point of view, and persuading our readers with viewpoints based on evidence from the story. 🤖

Hunting Bison - it turns out, we'd survive in the wild if we had to hunt bison! 🦬

Reconstruction of an animal skeleton 💀 - Not only did we have to reconstruct reap animal bones, we had to work out the animal too. 🦬🦊🐯

Building a shelter - I'm not sure how long we would have survived the Ice Age with these shelters, but we had fun making them! 🏕

The Iron Man - Kingfisher have written from the perspective of the seagull who witnessed the Iron Man on the beach. They did a great job using descriptive language for the Iron Man's body parts. 🤖
