Robin and Goldfinch Class

Hi there, on this page you will get lots of updates from Miss Mee (Robin Teacher), Miss Quarmby and Miss Morrison (Goldfinch Teachers). We are also extremely lucky to have Mrs Wilcockson in our Team.

We cannot wait to show you all what the children are getting up to in school, but don't forget if you haven't already, to download the tapestry app as that will be our priority to show you everything that the children are achieving!

Timetable:

P.E kits and wellies for Whispers can be sent in at the start of the term and kept in their lockers, these will be sent home each half term if needed. Please remember to REMOVE earrings for P.E sessions. 

Please remember to send your child with their reading book and diary each day, as we will be doing a minimum of three reading sessions a week alongside our daily phonics.    We will be checking diaries every week - if your child reads 5 times (this can include their 3 school reading sessions) their name will be entered into a draw to win a prize from our treat box.

Reading for Pleasure books will be handed out and changed every Monday.

Every other Wednesday we will be doing Whispers Woods.

Every Thursday we will be doing PE.

On occasions, these sessions may be changed due to special events happening, or WOWs being planned to match the core book. Thank you

Communication

Please feel free to use reading diaries to communicate any messages, but for anything more urgent then you can contact us through the school office. Reading diaries will be signed on Mondays when we change their Reading for Pleasure book.
