The Holly Hill Mandir: December 2023

Year 3 and 4 were able to experience some of the artefacts that Hindus use in their worship. 
They acted out the story of Rama and Sita and learned that the different gods have an animal companion and an animal vehicle.

We used the dance sticks to perform a Hindu dance, and learnt the ancient art of meditation (using our own thoughts and beliefs) 

Christingle Service 2022: Revd Dr Lee Gordon visited school to conduct a Christingle service for every year group. 🍊 🕯️

Visit to St Helen’s Church - October 2022: Year 3 and 4’s classroom for the morning. What a great way to learn about how Christians worship, by going to spend the morning with Christian’s. 🙏 ✝️💒

Pentecost: Holy Spirit artwork from year 3 and 4. 🔥 🕊️

Prayer: Year 3 and 4 had to decide which prayers would be suitable for each life event.
