Special Educational Needs at Holly Hill
At Holly Hill we take pride in the inclusive nature of our school, aiming to give equality of access to all our pupils. We welcome all children and families to join our Holly Hill community. We have worked hard over recent years to make all areas of the school accessible to all who enter the site, and take pains to accommodate different requirements.
We have a special needs coordinator (SENCO), Mrs Rotherham, who oversees all areas of special needs and who can be contacted through the school office (tel 01773 783909 or email ' FAO: SENCO' sent to office@hollyhill.notts.sch.uk)
Mrs Rotherham also oversees a team of teaching assistants who support children in their learning throughout the school.
A school governor has responsibility for monitoring provision and can be contacted through the office.
In September 2014 a new Code of Practice for Special Educational Needs became statutory, and this has been reflected in our new school policy which can be found below, and in the policy section of the website.
