23.09.24 To prepare for writing an internal monologue, the Falcons worked in pairs to interview each other in character.
19.09.24 Falcons were super mature and independent in English, finding quotes to help them sequence the events of a flashback in our novel ‘The Invention of Hugo Cabret’.

12.09.24 Today we had a visit from Andrew Moffat from ‘No Outsiders’ . We read the book ‘Mixed’ and thought about how we can respectfully challenge opinions that are different from our own.
11.09.24 Our display, based on the poem ‘Come All You Little Persons’ by John Agard, is up and looking great! Parents can come and find their own little person during class drop in tomorrow!

05.09.24 ‘The Island’ has really got us thinking. We considered how many of the man’s human rights had been taken away by the islanders.

04.09.24 We met Mr Beckett and he taught us how to play ‘Silent Ball’.
