English - Role playing as Vlad and Boxton

Science - updating our plant diaries, our plants are growing tall

Hot-seating - we thought of lots of questions to ask Vlad the flea in our new story

Our first fantastic book this half term is 'The Queen's Hat'

V.E Picnic day celebration

Great Fire of London quiz time - in teams we had to answers questions correctly to get the other team sprayed with water

Great Fire of London Workshop - We learnt lots of interesting facts about The Great Fire of London’ and got to investigate different artefacts from our history

Art - we explored different lines and shading further and had a go at using lines to create an image

P.E - Using rackets to aim at targets and hit the ball with control

We had a wonderful time exploring different medias to create different patterns for our Art this half term

We had a super interesting session learning about The Great Fire of London

In science we checked on our plants for our investigation but unfortunately nothing has started to grow yet. However, our own plants have been making fabulous progress and we have started our plant diary.

What a lovely P.E session out in the sun, practising our throwing and catching whilst aiming at a range of targets

In English, we had fun role-playing our story as a class

We’ve kicked off our science this half term with an investigation around what plants need to grow and survive, and also planting our own plants to observe and monitor over the next few weeks

We had a lovely first morning back starting with our first P.E lesson outside in the sun
