What a special day. A visit to see Santa. Thank you Santa for our chocolate.
Our special Christmas week started with a visit from our good friend the Rev Lee. Rev Lee told us all about Christingle.
Tuesday = Christmas jumpers and Christmas dinner. Thank you to Paula, Jo and Lisa for making our delicious dinner.

Diva lamps made from clay
What an exciting start to the week. We are learning about Diwali The Hindu festival of light. Do you like the Diva lamps we made with play dough?
Looking after the wildlife that lives in Whisper’s Woodland. The weather is cold and the birds are struggling to find food. So, we made pinecone bird feeders. We hung them in the woods for the birds to find. Our next job was to rebuild the bug hotel.The children filled tubes with straw, pine cones, cardboard tubes, twigs and leaves. A cosy home for the bugs.
What a busy week celebrating birthdays. We wrote on birthday cards. We wrapped presents. We made colourful cupcakes. Then we made real cupcakes for a party.
