Year 2 Spellings

16.10.26 We have worn red for Show racism the red card day. We drew self portraits and listened to stories about being different. We also had a pumpkin competition.

 

14.10.26 We created posters to promote keeping our world and Selston clean.

8.10.26 For our History, we have been exploring how schools were in the past compared to now. We are very lucky that Mrs Brooks and Mrs Cooper came to Holly Hill when they were younger and answered lots of questions for us.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

2.10.26 We have been amazing throwing and catching in P.E. today.

Our topic is Amazing Me and this half term we will learn all about the body, our feelings and our locality. We are so excited for our Selston walk.

23.9.26 We enjoyed our walk around Selston as part of our geography topic.

For our Science we went on a senses walk with Wren class around the playground and school.

18.9.26 We enjoyed balancing bean bags using different parts of our body in P.E.
