27.01.25 It was finally the day of the Young Voices concert!

24.01.25 In Art we looked at another feature of Islamic design: calligraphy. We thought about what values we hold and represented them in Arabic.

22.01.25 In Science we looked at what makes up our blood and represented the different parts to make blood in a bottle!

21.01.25 Today, we picked apart our model text of a persuasive speech and practised reading it with different emphasis and intonation. We decided that reading it in a sad tone was more emotive than being angry.

20.01.25 The main character in The Golden Horsemen of Baghdad (Jabir) found himself accused of stealing food. We used conscience alleys and role play to think about the reasons for and against sending Jabir to the judge.
